We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States. We utilize reputable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely.
4. Product Availability & Fulfillment
Most items are in stock and ready to ship. If an item is on backorder or becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email promptly to offer a replacement or a full refund.
5. Delivery Services & Tracking Information
Transparency is key. As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
6. Address Accuracy & Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@simplyherstyle.shop.
7. Delivery Confirmation & Lost Packages
Once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered," it is considered fulfilled. If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting our support.

During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas), handling and transit times may be slightly extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely arrival.
10. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain heavy items.
