During this window, we verify payment, perform a rigorous quality check on your apparel, and carefully package your items for safe transit. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. What are the shipping costs and estimated delivery times within the U.S.?

We aim to keep our shipping rates transparent and affordable. We charge a flat-rate fee of $6.99 per order regardless of the number of items you purchase. Once your package leaves our facility, the estimated transit time is 3-6 business days. We partner with major carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery directly to your doorstep.

3. Can I return an item if I simply change my mind?

Yes, we want you to shop with complete confidence! Our 30-day return policy applies to both defective products and "customer remorse" situations, such as changing your mind or choosing the wrong size. As long as the item is in its original packaging and is in new or lightly used condition, you are eligible for a full refund.

Yes, we operate on a self-manufactured business model. Unlike traditional dropshipping, we oversee the entire creative and production process from our own facilities. 7. What should I do if my package is marked as "Delivered" but I haven't received it?

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but the package is missing, we recommend first checking with your neighbors or looking around your porch and mailbox. Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered 24 hours before it actually arrives. If you still cannot locate it after 48 hours, please contact your local post office or reach out to our support team for assistance.

8. What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address?

Accuracy is crucial for timely delivery. We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order. Simplyherstyle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
