You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products (e.g., if you changed your mind or the item doesn't fit). To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• It can be new or lightly used.
• The item must be in its original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@simplyherstyle.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Shipping Label.

We believe in a worry-free shopping experience. Therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees or return shipping fees.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
• The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We accept exchange requests for damaged or incorrect items as well.
