Cancellation & Modification Policy

Important Notice: At Simplyherstyle, we operate on a self-manufactured business model. This means that once an order is confirmed, our production team immediately begins preparing your custom apparel. Please review the following terms carefully regarding cancellations and changes.

1. Policy Overview

This policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel or modify your order with Simplyherstyle. Because we maintain a fast handling time of 2-5 business days, the window for changes is extremely limited. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the timelines and constraints set forth in this document.

2. Order Confirmation

An order is considered "In Production" as soon as you receive your order confirmation email. During this stage, materials are allocated and the design process begins. Modifications requested after this point are subject to the restrictions detailed in the following sections.

3. Cancellation Timeframe

To cancel an order for a full refund, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After this 12-hour grace period, we may have already started the physical production of your items, making a full cancellation difficult or impossible.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@simplyherstyle.shop. Please include your **Order Number** and the subject line "URGENT: Order Cancellation". Requests made through social media comments or direct messages may not be seen in time.

5. Modifying Shipping Addresses

We understand that mistakes happen. You may request an address change within 24 hours of ordering. However, once a tracking number has been generated or the package has been handed over to USPS/UPS/FedEx, we are unable to redirect the shipment.

6. Changing Product Sizes or Colors

Since we self-manufacture our apparel, size or color changes can only be made if the item has not yet entered the printing or sewing stage. We recommend checking our size charts thoroughly before checkout to avoid the need for modifications.

7. Adding Items to an Existing Order

For security reasons and to ensure accurate tracking, we cannot add items to an existing order. If you wish to purchase additional products, please place a new order. Standard shipping fees of $6.99 will apply to the new transaction.

8. Removing Items from an Order

If you wish to remove an item from a multi-item order, please contact us within the 12-hour window. We will cancel the specific item and refund the proportional amount to your original payment method within 14 business days.

9. Late Cancellation Requests

Requests received after 24 hours but before shipping may be eligible for a partial refund. In such cases, we may retain a small percentage of the total to cover the material costs already incurred in our production facility.

10. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances. At this stage, you must wait for the package to arrive and then follow our **Returns & Refunds Policy** to return the items for a refund.

11. Refusal of Delivery

Refusing a delivery from the carrier as a way to "cancel" an order is highly discouraged. Refused packages often take longer to return to us and may be lost in transit. Refunds for refused deliveries will only be processed once the item is safely back in our possession.

12. Personalized and Custom Items

Items that are specifically personalized with names or custom graphics cannot be cancelled once production has started. These items are unique to you and cannot be resold to other customers.

13. Cancellation Due to Stock Issues

In rare instances where a specific garment or material becomes unavailable after you place an order, Simplyherstyle reserves the right to cancel the order. We will notify you immediately and provide a 100% full refund.

14. Automated Processing

Our system uses automated workflows to ensure our 2-5 day handling time. Because of this automation, the window for manual intervention by our support team is very short. We appreciate your understanding of these technical limitations.

15. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Once a cancellation is approved, the refund is initiated immediately. However, depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 10-14 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

16. Order Quantity Limits

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that exceed our typical household quantity limits. If we cancel an order for this reason, you will be notified via email.

17. Technical Errors

In the event that a technical error results in an incorrect price or promotion being applied, we reserve the right to cancel the affected orders. We will offer the option to re-purchase the item at the correct price.

18. Holiday Season Constraints

During peak seasons like Black Friday or Christmas, the 12-hour cancellation window is strictly enforced due to the massive volume of orders being processed simultaneously in our facility.

19. Communication Policy

Simplyherstyle is not responsible for missed cancellation windows due to emails being sent to the wrong address or caught in spam filters. Please ensure you receive an automated acknowledgment or a reply from our team to confirm your request is being processed.
